Sunnywah uses 3D design in computer and makes samples by CNC processing center. Models are made after that. Then the design department turns all the products and the parts into drawings and data. The other departments work according to the drawing. Quality is guaranteed in this way because every part and every step has a strict standard.
Model Fabrication
Quality of the merchandise is mainly affect by the mould. Only good quality of mould provides good quality of products Sunnywah has set up a department of dies to produce high quality faucets. The equipment includes CNC processing center, CNC electric light processor, digital milling machine, CNC line cutter and so on.
CNC Electric Light Processor
It is used specially for the gritpith sulpts model of the electrical product.
CNC Processing Center
It is to transfer the three dimensional data previously designed by programming and digit, and finish the die processing once. It has very high accuracy with to erance of no more than 3% mm.
